The physical conditions of the facility was horrendous. WIthin two years he transformed it to one of the best efficient and just courts in the State of N.J. His courts served the Plaintiffs, defendants and J.C.'s citizenry
in an honorable fashion and beyond reproach, in spite of political agendas. J.C., and N.J. will be a better place with this man calling the shots, God Bless and good health.
