So let me see if your locgic plays out. O'Dea is innocent and said that McCann's Tactics were wrong.

O'Dea was the campaign manager and in charge of the entire process within the campaign. O'Dea oversaw the day to day operations of Manzo's campaign.

O'Dea was powerless to stop the McCann Tactics!?! And if so if he did not approve of these tactics wouldn't the proper ethical thing to do would be walk away? Instead O'Dea allowed these McCann tactics to continue, he allowed other campaign people to be used by McCann and follow through with many of McCann's unethical campaign tactics.

Even if O'Dea didn't approve of these tactics, he was aware of them and did nothing to stop them or nothing from stopping them from continuing.

This makes him an accessorary to an ex felon! O'Dea is Guilty as Charged! - Here come the Judge!
