DeGise and Healy will go with Cody. Manzo and ODea and Lesniak will go with Menendez. Why? Simple...as Acting Gov Cody can help to push $$$ to JC and Healy to help him present a balanced budget come Spring. That will help him get re-elected. Menendez on the other hand will try to pull Healy's strings and reassert his influence over JC.

Then there's Manzo, O'Dea and Lesniak....those on the outside. They need Menendez to help raise the money needed for Manzo to run again in the Spring. Louie has to be getting to the point of being tapped after spending so much money on all those losing races. And without the backing of Menendez, he's toast. Odd bedfellows...yes...but plausable. And O'Dea and Lesniak have no in's with Healy....so they will go back to the ole faithful Menendez watering hole. And then there's Rudy...who?
