Jerry Healy is a good man. That's a basic truth about the guy. Healy isn't the kind of guy who would cut off the heads of his opponents. He would sooner convince them to become his allies, and build his strength that way.

Now we have to see what influence the people around him will have. The Buddy-Tony duo....they would probably fire anyone who they think of as an opponent. Carl Czplicki would probably do his best to convert his opponents. So it depends on who builds their strength with Healy faaster, and how quickly they consilidate their power.

This could go either way. It could be divisive and nasty, or it could be conciliatory and healing. We'll just have to wait and see. Either way we should know in the next couple of weeks.
