I'm happy that Carl was picked by Healy to be CHief of Staff, it indicates that Healy is his own man. Although I believe that Tom (political) DeGenius should have input in the affairs of J.C. as he was so intricately involved for over 16 years already, Healy will surely listen to his guidance. I am amazed that Jose Arango (r) is pictured with Carl in this photo as he jumped back and forth Smith foir Mayor while the rest of the Republicans endorsed Manzo while he suvbsequently endorsed Kerry. There was no Republican effort for Bush in H.C. although he fared well from a backlash from the McGreevy sex, corruption, self serving political policies. Who ran the Photo Jose?
