: : Manzo's only chance to beat Healy in the Spring is to FIRE McCANN, apologize to JC for the nasty campaign he ran, come clean about those pictures, and try to talk about something of substance. 

: : No doubt some of the people around Healy will do stupid vindictive stuff between now and May, and if Manzo consolidates the anit-county vote from Lipski, Flood, Smith and his own vote, he could win. But his chances are slim and his tank is running on empty. 

: : I see a 60/40 chance of a Healy victory in the Spring so long as he keeps his people in line through the holidays.

: : I see a 85/15 chance of a Healy victory in the Spring so long as Lou's people are moving to the sure winner throughout the next 7 months and are in line to go to Healy through the holidays.

: Look at the past, Schundler ran against @ 4 real contenders and pulled 13.8% of the Jersey City vote. He ran in May amd didn't even need a run off as a clear winner. Healy ran against 4 rela $ contenders and pulled over 28% of the vote to give a clear margin of victory, that was without city workers, menendez, Sens. Kenny DOria or Sacco, no assermblypeople who all disappeared and raised all money thru Tommy (the man) Degenius, Bill G. This new election is a no brainer as long as Healy doesn't raise taxes and can do 50% of what he said he would, the guy is loved.
