NORTH BERGEN - An elementary school librarian was arrested on drug charges after 100 grams of cocaine and nine ounces of marijuana were found in her Boulevard East apartment, officials said.

Sherie Ann Habermann, 41, and Oscar Piniella, 32, who both live in an apartment on the 8200 block of Boulevard East, were arrested Monday, Hudson County First Assistant Prosecutor Guy Gregory said.

Habermann is the daughter of longtime Hudson County Democratic Organization Vice Chairwoman Barbara Habermann, an HCDO official said yesterday.

Barbara Habermann is also board president of the North Bergen Free Public Library, according to the library's Web site.
