I was there, there was no healy drinking, only JC people greeting a great mayor. we as citizens, hope that our mayor frequents the public place so that he can communicate with the people of JC and further understand our needs. it is to bad more establishments don't show the respect and cheer on a great family man determined to help a great city. thank you pjryans.
