: Glenn was a leader first and foremost. He understood that as the Mayor he was there to represent the interests of all the residents of JC. His performance as mayor endeared him to many people who lived in JC. Maybe alot of those people didn;t vote for him when he ran for mayor, but leave no doubt, black, white, yellow, red, etc., etc. they would have returned him to office in 2005. His victory in the last senate race proves this point. So when is the next leader from the Afro-American community going to step forward and continue Glenn's great work?
