Carl Czplaicki is a 2 bit history teacher at the County Votech school, who walked in the shadow of Cunningham with no real responsibility.

He is way over his head as Chief of staff as never having done an honests day work. He's no Healy supporter, no was, he's a Carl support, He'll jump ship so fast to save his backside.

His professional conduct is so lacking.

The Captain is always late for meetings, doesn't return calls and his ego is so big now he needs a wheel barrel to carry around his head!

This is already reflecting on Healy.
