Menendez might trace his ancestry to cuba but he is no friend of the Cuban People. The long-standing US economic blockade has not stopped Castro, indeed he is the longest reigning head of state in the world today. Only the cuban people living under Castro continue to suffer because of this out-dated and in effective US policy.

Time to change this policy along with the politicians, like Menendez who endorses it.
