: Star Ledger reported today that Cody sunk the ferry boat scam that the HCDO wanted to drop on the backs of HC taxpers.

: Seems HC didn't follow the proper procedures , need to get Freeholder resolution first, Hoboken/Weehawken agreement not in place. Too Bad, this is one case where their glaring incompetence actually will benefit the taxpayers, no bail out of the ferry boats.
