: Gaughan isn't happy if he doesn't have total control. Jackson and Cardwell have no team, no game, no bat, no balls. They'll take whatever scraps are thrown to them. Maldonado does nothing.... Lipski is irrelevant. Manzo is happy to have an office where he doesn't have to deal with the public much. Its nice to be in Trenton. DeGise would prefer more of the same rather than an upheaval in the Spring. Healy won't face a tough opponent in 2005.

: : : This is what I heard at City Hall from aides in the mayor's office... word travels fast. Now that peace looks like it will happen there is no more use for Cardwell and the crew so they will begin to be expendable and by the time they know what hit -Healy will be at 280 Grove for another 4 years on Grove.
