As it is now, there's traffic on Summit Avenue from 6AM to 10PM. With a big box store, get ready for a 14th Street viaduct jam for morning, noon, and night!

Fire trucks won't be able to get out of the fire houses on Summit Avenue. Better put hoses and water tanks on all the garbage carts of the guys with the brooms sweeping the streets.
