: I have on several pcoassions stopped down to city hall to see Mr Reilly, in all cases it was 9:30am or 10:00am and I was told repeatedly, he had not arrived, nor called in.

: So if I was to confront him, should I make the appointment in the late afternoon to insure he shows up or wait until he trace me?   -- LMAO, great lie John, just like you are visiting agencies and on the job!
