The New York Times, The New Jersey Section, October 10, 2004: “THERE are photographs of one candidate naked and slumped over on his front porch.” The title of the Times story was, “The Naked and the Dead Jersey City Mayor's Race, Where Hitting Below the Belt Is a Soft Touch”

Amazingly Councilman Healy managed to win the race.
