: As a matter of fact, the HISTORIC silk mill is rented to number of different companies and it even include an art gallery inside of it. As far as how many taxes they pay, I would assume that they pay as much as the rest of us and you would only have that knowledge if you did your research or worked for the city. However, the silk mill is only part of the project in all this would entail about 12 different business and surrounding homes, including the leveling of a gas station. When it comes down to it and imminent domain comes into play
