That message states (albeit via hyperbole) that political professionals have been brought inside the tent. By the way, probably the same individual has posted very similar things about me and friends of mine. Those posts are still there, too. Presumably, the poster is some sour grapes political professional outside the tent you-know-whating in! The erased post claimed that a public official was arrested, convicted, and jailed some twenty years ago. If that's true, again, just get me hard (paper) copies of the relevant records. Handwritten notes on lined paper doesn't make the cut. A possible loophole is if the criminal record was expunged. Then, I'll have to get a legal opinion on what's permissible to print. Also, DO make sure that you've used the proper procedure to obtain public records. If a public record is, shall we say, informally obtained, that can become the subject of an investigation. Then, I can be ordered to remove the document from public view. Honestly, the guidelines are taste, focus, and legality. If something is gross or is off-topic, I toss it. The next consideration is if the message can be the subject of a law suit. : You can't play two sides on this Anthony. You allow a post entitled "EXTORTION AND PAYOFFS TO THE UTN" but demand evidence of alledged crimes? Last I looked...extortion was a crime. And Political payoff were too. So where's your indignation when it comes to that posting??? : : I must have hard copies of police reports, court records, or newspaper articles before you can post an allegation of a crime.
