I usually don't chime into this kind of rhetoric but I feel compelled as a Downtowner, as a Parent, as a Taxpayer. My son plays little league baseball, and is a participant at the Boys Club. I know for a fact that Junior has personally raised over $10,000 for their Clemente tournament teams and in sponsorships.

He has gotten the Boys Club over $100,000 in additional funding for the design and construction of their new basketball courts on Grand St. This Saturday he is Hosting a Tsunami Fundraiser with all proceeds being donated to UNICEF.

I don't mind people being critical of elected officials because we all know there is alot of dead weight around but let's be fair. Go after the ones who don't give a dam and leave the hard working ones alone.
