This kid was lucky to get picked up by Cunningham or he would have been sweeping streets. And the Dumbass Mayor Healy makes him his top political and administraive guy. Goes to show how smart Healy is too.

Czaplicki thinks he has a handle on the political wheeling and dealing going on in Hudson in Trenton. He is so far in over his head its a running joke. The politicos in Trenton are laughing at this guy and at Healy for appointing him. They love dealing with a novice and a drunk. Jersey City will never get its due with these two on the job.

Good ole Carl couldn't do a damned thing to get Cunningham out of the political mudd pit Ayala put him into. He just walked around town wringing his hands and shrugging his shoulders. So what the hell he's doing there now is unknown. Obvuiously he just stays out of Buddy Demellier's way.

: Carl Czaplicki you are chief of staff to the Mayor of the second biggest city in the state, but instead of doing something productive you waste time. You post on GETNJ and play the political no show game. Sure your body may be at work, but your mind isn't. Carl shape up or ship because if you do not we will make sure someone deserving gets the job. And judging by your high maintenance with you need all the money you can get you honky!
