VIENNA, 56.3 miles (580 alt., 209 pop.), is a little maple-shaded village that was once a thriving industrial community. At the eastern end of of the century, turned out double corn plows that made the reputation of town is (R) abandoned VIENNA FOUNDRY which, from 1860 to the end the producer, Simon Cummins. Another abandoned plant, a sawmill north of the village, was owned by Fisher Stedman, inventor of wood-shaping machinery in use throughout the world today.
