Jersey City is two years away from a death sentence once the shift in the financial services industry moves towards Florida. Rather than waste peoples time with brain dead politicians the people should organize to protect the growth that has increased the quality of life. DTC is moving to Florida and that will dramatically change the value of Jersey City real estate. Basically a major part of Wall Street is moving the part that rents the office buildings and pays the salaries of the people working in Jersey City. Do something before it is to late you have been warned this a public service.
