Yeh, you're right . Menendez really got screwed. They stuck on the same night that Gore, Carter and both Clintons spoke. And his role as the highest ranking Hispanic member of Kerry's campaign will really hasten his demise.All this coming after he squeaked by the primary with over 80% of the vote. Lou Manzo on the other hand is a rising star. Now making his 4th run for mayor despite never having made a run-off. But he figures to do much better with a convicted felon as his chief of staff and his brother(and fiancier) also copping to a felony as he continues to cooperate with the U.S. attorney. His campaign manager is telling people he is only lending his name and no effort and the Cunningham people can't stand him. Your logic is impeccable.
