Remember guys that there's no runoff in the special election. There ain't no silver medal in this race. Also, as it's winner takes all, the runner-ups got nothing to trade off to No. 1 and No. 2.

Sure some candidates could be running as vote-magnets. But, I'd like someone to explain how any of these candidates are being used as scalpels. Seems to me that most are drawing votes pretty much evenly. Has anybody seen Ward by Ward polls that show differently
