: Bayonne police arrested a Linden man Wednesday afternoon and charged him with drunken driving after he fell asleep at the wheel of his dump truck in the middle of traffic on 18th Street, reports said. 

: Frank Fulop, 34, had a blood alcohol level of .30 - nearly four times the legal limit of .08 - when he was arrested about 12:57 p.m. Wednesday on 18th Street and Avenue C, police said. 

: Police responding to reports of a truck blocking traffic found Fulop with his face against the steering wheel of a Mack dump truck. 

: Cops said Fulop still had an open can of Bud Light in his hand, and five other closed cans of beer nearby, when they climbed into the cab to rouse him. 

: Fulop allegedly had slurred speech, bloodshot and watery eyes, and a strong scent of alcohol, police said. He was also unsteady on his feet after exiting the vehicle and could not walk a straight line, according to reports.
