: One thing that was clear yesterday was that Ward E Jersey City Councilman Steve Fulop learned a lesson on how to bail someone out of jail - and that his title apparently earns him few privileges.

: The first stop on the journey to bail out incarcerated tree lover Rikki Reich from jail was the Hudson County Courthouse on Newark Avenue in Jersey City, where Fulop hoped to get a status report, and was told that Reich's bail was $1,000 with no 10 percent cash option.
