Sheesh... Now who's divisive? I've heard criticisms made, but I've never heard anyone I know in the HR's or the YR's launch into such a hateful, mean-spirited tirade. As for Bush and Clinton working as a team on disaster relief efforts, that's fine. You didn't see Bush working to re-elect Clinton to a second term, however. I don't expect to see him out campaigning for Hillary Rodham, either. It's ironic that you paint all the HR's as "yuppies" and "snots" who "work in New York, make oodles of money" and only "drink at swanky spots in their mile square town." Perhaps you're unaware of their latest campaign to save the Golden Cicada, a bona fide blue collar watering hole, a dying breed in its section of town. Why don't we all unite and rally around this cause? With all the controversy surrounding Kelo v. New London, it's a really hot issue. And it's a fine example of how a principled conservative stance can have widespread populist appeal.
