: Victorious on two counts, Venezia won election to the board and Mendiola was tossed from the ballot by a Superior Court judge.

: Now the tables have turned.

: Two-term school board member Terrence Curran is seeking Venezia's ouster from the board on the grounds that Venezia doesn't live in Jersey City - a state requirement for serving.
