FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION! THE DESTRUCTION OF ROOSEVELT STADIUM SHOULD NOT BE PART OF PROBLEM.

Union City seems to have 2 government employee for every citizen. Convert The City Hall into Emerson High school This way Emerson will never have student overpopulation problem ever again! The Satadium is saved!
